Mandrill Staffing and Placement is a multi-faceted organization. 

As a recruiting agency, Mandrill Staffing & Placement helps its clients hire temporary and permanent employees. We specialize in finding outstanding candidates for technical, finance, administrative, and other positions. We also provide both long-term and short-term consultants for a wide range of positions and responsibilities.

As a training and multimedia company, we have created numerous custom content courses for application and soft-skills training. These feature audio, animation, and video and can be delivered over the Internet, Intranets, LANs, or CDs. We also offer on-site classroom instruction for corporations and other organizations. 

The company was created in 1996. Since that time our clients have included America Online, J. & W. Seligman, UBS, Instinet Corporation, Canon U.S.A, Primedia Enthusiast Media, The Ford Foundation, Sesame Workshop, Prodigy, Direct Computer Resources, Seward and Kissel, Audible, Cablevision Corporation, Learn.com, Wellington Management, CSFB, iStar Financial, and other major companies.

Company Principals

Jon C. Randel | President

Mr. Randel is a founding member of the company.  In the 16 years prior to the Mandrill's inception, he provided consulting expertise for numerous corporations. He brings to Mandrill his experience in training organization, documentation, courseware development, technical and management knowledge, and a thorough understanding of the corporate environment and its needs.

Jon was a Vice President for Lehman Brothers and Drexel Burnham Lambert. As Senior Consultant for Randel Consulting, he provided system management services, hardware, software, and network advice, and training organization and direction to such Wall Street firms as PaineWebber, Morgan Stanley and Co., Goldman, Sachs & Co., and UBS Securities; legal firms including Simpson Thacher and Bartlett and the American Express General Counsel's Office; accounting firms including KPMG Peat Marwick; and not-for-profit companies Children's Television Workshop and UNICEF. He also managed projects for Lotus Development Corporation, The City of New York, and Cornell Medical Center.

Lisa Sanchez | Director, Corporate Accounts

Ms. Sanchez joined Mandrill in 1999 bringing 14 years of experience in the training and services arena. She comes to us with a BS in Communications and an MA in Corporate and Organizational Communications.

Lisa's background encompasses sales, coordination, marketing, management, and training. She had worked for OnLine Software International, software giant Computer Associates, and Computer Generated Solutions, as well as consulted to Goldman Sachs & Company before joining Mandrill. Lisa's expertise lies in coordination and rollout efforts, with special attention to detail. As Director of Corporate Accounts, Lisa is responsible for ensuring Mandrill's clients' needs are thoroughly met.
